We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of American Paintbrush Sign Shop. The ideal candidate will be a resident of Laramie, Wyoming, committed to remaining in the area long-term. While prior experience in the signage industry is beneficial, we are open to training the right individual who possesses strong managerial skills and a passion for business leadership.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of sign shop operations, including production, design, fabrication, and installation.
- Manage a team of designers, fabricators, and third-party installers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand our client base, and increase profitability.
- Monitor and optimize processes to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Maintain strict quality standards, ensuring that all products meet or exceed client expectations and industry benchmarks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and incorporate relevant advancements into our operations.
