Terms of Service

Effective September 19, 2026

These terms apply to this website and to the sign, graphics, and design services provided by Sign Age, Inc., doing business as American Paintbrush Signs & Graphics (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Quotes and projects

Quotes are estimates based on the information available when we write them, and are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. Changes to size, materials, artwork, site conditions, or permit requirements can change the price, and we will tell you before we proceed. Production begins once you approve the proof and any required deposit is received.

Artwork and proofs

You are responsible for confirming spelling, colors, dimensions, and layout on the proof. Once a proof is approved we produce what it shows. You confirm you have the right to use any logo or artwork you supply, and you keep ownership of it.

Permits and installation

Where a permit is required we will handle the application unless we agree otherwise, but the issuing authority decides the outcome and the timeline. Installation dates depend on weather, site access, and permit approval.

Payment

Deposits and payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Custom work is non-refundable once production has begun.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on materials and components pass through to you. Normal wear, weather damage, vandalism, and damage from alteration or improper cleaning are not covered.

SMS / text messaging terms

Program: American Paintbrush Signs & Graphics sends review requests by text message. If you gave us your mobile number and agreed to be contacted — on an intake form, a quote, an invoice, or in person at our shop — you may receive a short message after your project is finished asking whether you would share your experience, and at most one follow-up. We use Mondo as our review platform to send these messages.

• Message frequency: message frequency varies. Most customers receive one or two messages per completed project.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider about your text and data plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation, after which we will send you no further messages.
• Help: reply HELP, or contact us at (307) 742-7857 or [email protected].
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy anything we sell without agreeing to receive text messages.
• How to sign up: tick the box on our text message sign-up form, or tell us in the shop or on your quote or invoice — the same disclosures apply either way.
• Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: your mobile number and opt-in consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Photographs of completed work, pricing ranges, and guidance on this site are provided for general information. Pricing examples are typical ranges, not quotes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Wyoming law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
